This is a custom-built facility for the production of “special” milk derived from the Reggiana, a native cow breed used for the production of Original Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. The facility was tailor-made to accommodate the unique characteristics of these animals. Their highly heterogeneous size does not allow for the use of standard equipment. Even the electronics and computer systems used were custom-made and implemented as per the client’s request.

Special control systems for measurement and automatic detachment were developed on-site. All aspects of the project were meticulously handled by our technicians.
